Full maintenance services, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation and a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for a new 268,000 SF, six-story facility consisting of administration and faculty offices, lecture halls and classrooms, class laboratories, learning resource center, sub-level vivarium research facility, cafeteria, student lockers, group study rooms, conference rooms and miscellaneous building support spaces.
The Kitchell team began maintaining this building when it opened in 2012. The facility serves the UA College of Medicine – Phoenix, the College of Public Health, the College of Pharmacy and NAU’s College of Health and Human Services. The environments in this high-tech facility enable high-fidelity simulations and sophisticated media capture.
