A $3 million, 10,000 SF interior remodel of the police station main lobby and records storage area, revitalizing and modernizing the public entry space with new terrazzo flooring and providing a more welcoming atmosphere to the public while also upgrading security features such as  ballistic protection at the lobby including new security glass/glazing, secured access systems and security camera/CCTV. Reconfiguration of the records storage area is the precursor for future repurposing of the space in subsequent renovation projects. The project also includes addition of a new break room and public restroom in the lobby. This is phase I of a two to three-year police headquarters renovation.
