This new senior living community includes integrative wellness programs, healthy gourmet cuisine and a suite of engaging programs and amenities to encourage a thriving community. The community will offer 119 independent living units, 43 club member units, 72 assisted living units and 30 memory care beds. The independent living accommodations are configured in a five-level building cascading up a contoured terrace. The residences will include one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from approximately 750 SF to more than 3,000 SF and include full kitchens and baths, high-end appliances, carpeting, tile and wood floors. Residences include open floor plans, high ceilings, generous windows, and balconies or porches. The assisted living wing of the building will provide studio and one-bedroom accommodations for residents and include a dining room, activity rooms, library, crafts room, and a physical therapy area. One large stand-alone facility, designed to accommodate approximately 30 residents, will house the program for residents requiring memory care.
