A new $274 million, 11-story, 372,000 SF office building which will provide work space for 1,150 tenants including California Health & Human Services, the Department of State Hospitals and Department of Developmental Services. The project included demolition of the existing California Department of Food & Agriculture Annex. The new building is planned to achieve Zero Net Energy.
