A new $44.6 million, 34,000 SF SB 86-funded project to provide a new secure mental health treatment facility located adjacent to the Main Adult Detention Facility in Santa Rosa. The new facility provides outpatient level treatment and rehabilitation programs and services for the mentally ill inmate population.
