Campus Recruiting

Do you have a passion for the building industry? We participate in job fairs and campus events at universities and seek students with wide-ranging backgrounds. We are typically at events staged by construction, construction management, design and engineering programs, but we seek professionals from every sector. We also have a presence at industry events sponsored by the Associated General Contractors (ACG), Associated Students of Construction (ASC) and Construction Management Association of America Student Chapter (CMAA). We have an active internship program that offers college students the opportunity to work on several different projects during their experience.

Giving Back

Do you have a passion for community work? We offer our employees the ability to contribute to qualified non-profits organizations through our Kitchell Employee Foundation, matching contributions 50 cents on the dollar. We also offer paid volunteer time, enabling employees the ability to contribute up to $25 per volunteer hour to deserving non-profits.
