A new $38.2 million, 52,000 SF, four-story telemedicine facility at the UC Davis Medical Center. The building houses five major departments and includes classrooms, offices, an in-house production studio, facilities for virtual medical consultations, and simulation and training suites. The building’s first three floors connect directly to the adjacent Education Building to promote continuity between the medical education programs in the two facilities. The project is designed to comply with the University of California Policy of Green Building Design, the Presidential Policy for Green Building Design and Clean Energy Standards.
