A new $628 million project consisting of over 1.6 million GSF of student housing, parking, academic space and retail targeting LEED Platinum certification. The Living Learning Neighborhood provides approximately 2,000 new beds, resident facilities and support space for undergraduate students, new instruction and research space for departments and programs within the Divisions of Social Sciences and Arts and Humanities as well as general assignment classrooms. Buildings are varied heights with some individual buildings reaching up to 14 stories. The neighborhood also includes an underground parking structure with 1,200 spaces.
