This project consists of a three-story 72,915-SF skilled nursing facility built on a constricted site surrounded by a hospice facility and residential areas in close proximity. To help minimize disruption to the site, Kitchell preassembled much of the building off-site in components. This process minimized the number of workers required on-site, created a safer work environment, and increased quality with work occurring in a controlled environment. Components built off-site include 182 exterior wall panels, 145 interior wall panels and 84 full bathroom pods.
