A $21.3 million juvenile hall consisting of a new maximum security expansion of three new buildings and an exterior covered walkway for a total of approximately 23,416 SF providing new housing for 20 sleeping rooms, recreation yard, gymnasium, multi-purpose building, classrooms, mental health treatment space, training/conference rooms and administrative/staff office space. The project was delivered via design-bid-build, funded by an SB 81 grant with matching funds from San Luis Obispo County.
