A new $45 million, design-build, LEED Silver certified project including the demolition of all existing structures (excluding kitchen/dining facilities) and construction of a new 65,000 SF juvenile justice campus accommodating 120 minors. The new campus consists of five “cottage” housing units with 24 beds each, a support building with intake and common areas, administrative services, medical and mental health offices, a full gymnasium, two classroom wings and a recreational multipurpose field.
The project received multiple awards including:
