Kitchell’s knowledge served the client from construction through to the operation of the new center. Following completion of this project, Kitchell Facilities Management provided a transition/bridging service to assist the District with operating the facility, training their in-house maintenance staff and developing a Preventive Maintenance Program to preserve the facility properly. Additionally we supported them during the 14-month transition with, retrogressing, warranty tracking and implementation of a Maintenance Connection CMMS.
